Glass by Karen Latorre

My main "claim to fame" are my solid worked glass fish. These can range from 300 gms (1/2 pound) to just over 3 kilograms (7 1/2 pounds) in weight.

Apart from my fish, I also like to make blown glass functional pieces such as martini sets.

I have started fusing and slumping glass in the ceramic kiln, and plan to try casting glass in the kiln (a process where a mold is made, and glass is melted into it to form a piece).
